Hi! I’m Heather and I work as a therapist, speaker, author, and director of the practice. I specialize in working with neurodiversity, trauma, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. I am a certified EMDR therapist and utilize this effective therapy daily to help people heal from traumatic experiences and unhelpful beliefs. Within my practice I generally utilize an eclectic approach, rooted in acceptance and commitment therapy, to meet people where they are while also gently encouraging them toward continued growth and wellness.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing & listening to music, writing, hiking, traveling, and playing table-top games.

MMFT, LMFT

I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and have spent over five years working with individuals, families, couples and children. I have helped clients through anxiety, depression, marital problems and family struggles. I used a systemic approach and DBT principles to help clients identify their goals and work with them to increase skills and identify resources to help build a future they want for themselves.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family playing pickleball, games, going on walks, and traveling.

Krista Mainini
MSW, APSW

Hello, my name is Krista, and I am a licensed social worker. I’ve been in the social work field for 8 years now and in that time, I’ve discovered a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as those struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I believe in meeting the client where she/he/they are at; letting the client set the tone for each session. I like to use empathic listening and emotional validation, with a dose of realism for grounding. When it comes to my approach at therapy, I like to use Home Depot’s old motto, “You can do it, I can help!”.

In my off time, I like to snuggle with my animals, read romance novels, and explore new areas.
